Today I am going live with the new and improved Dinsmore Music website! So far I really like the look and feel… simple, clear, and uncluttered. Like any website, there will be many additions and improvements along the way and I hope to keep adding to the blog posts consistently with each new project. Even though that has proven to be difficult in the past.

Since leaving Sound Kitchen Studios a few months ago I have been reexamining the best way to handle independent music projects. These artists are always in need of pro-quality recording, writing, and production elements all at an affordable budget price point. The challenge has always been to provide value while not cutting corners which leads to an inferior product. Luckily over the years, I have made many friends and contacts in all phases of the recording process that will allow me to ensure that quality doesn’t plummet with the price. My goal will be to bring together all of my audio relationships (studios, engineers, session players, cartage, etc.) and design a way that we can provide self-funded artists with a way to record their music with a high standard of quality. It has been in my experience that passion, caring, hard work and honesty will outperform “pedigree” 100% of the time.
